This page explains how I process the personal data you share with me through wegricht.com.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Věra Wegricht, life coach and mentor (“the controller”). You can reach me through the contact form or by phone / WhatsApp at +973 3200 2273.
What data I process
When you write to me through the contact form, I process the information you enter: your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and the text of your message. If we agree to work together, I also process the details needed to schedule and invoice our sessions.
Please do not share details about your health in the form. If you do, I will use them only to reply to your message and will not pass them on to anyone.
Why I process your data and on what legal basis
- Replying to your message and arranging a consultation. Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Providing coaching and invoicing. Performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Website security. Legitimate interest in protecting the website from misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
I do not use your data for marketing, I do not sell it and I do not share it with anyone other than the processors listed below.
How long I keep your data
I keep messages from the contact form for as long as needed to answer your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact if we do not start working together. Data related to our work together is kept for the duration of the cooperation and afterwards only for as long as the law requires.
Who may process your data
- WEDOS Internet, a.s., Czech Republic – website hosting and sending e-mails from the form.
- Google (Gmail) – the mailbox that receives messages from the form.
- Zoom and WhatsApp – the tools used for online sessions.
- BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia – delivery of the website fonts (Bunny Fonts). Your IP address is passed to them when the page loads.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer is governed by standard contractual clauses or other safeguards under the GDPR.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. It only stores a technical cookie with your language choice, which is necessary for the website to work.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Please send your request through the contact form.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
